Initial Consultation - 60 minutes

The initial consultation is a comprehensive assessment designed to gain a deep understanding of your health.  In the session we will discuss and explore your symptoms and health concerns, personal and family medical history, diet, and lifestyle to uncover the root causes of your concerns. Through a series of in-depth questions, I’ll gain insight into your unique health journey, and together, we’ll define your wellness goals and outline a clear plan to get you back to optimal health.

By the end of the session, we’ll review potential treatment options and create a personalised plan that may include dietary adjustments, herbal and/or nutritional supplementation, and lifestyle recommendations. If necessary, I may suggest further functional testing for a more detailed assessment. Following the consultation, you’ll receive a comprehensive, tailored treatment plan  complete with actionable steps to support your health, long-term. ‍

Return Consultations - 30 or 45 minutes ‍

Your return consultation is an opportunity to review and monitor your progress, discuss any ongoing health concerns, and refine your treatment plan as needed. We will assess how well the current plan is working for you and make adjustments to suit your evolving needs. If you’ve encountered any challenges in implementing the recommended changes, this is the time to discuss those concerns so we can find solutions that better align with your lifestyle.

Return consultations are also an opportunity to review any new pathology results or health changes, to ensure your treatment plan stays up-to-date. This is also a chance for you to ask any questions and ensure that the plan continues to support your long-term health goals.
