Fees and Accounts
All fees are due at the time of service. We accept EFTPOS, VISA, Mastercard, and cash. Please note, we do not accept AMEX, Diner’s Card, or personal cheques.
Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
To achieve the best health outcomes, we encourage you to follow your recommended treatment plan and attend all scheduled appointments. Missed appointments can impact your progress.
If you need to cancel an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation cost. This fee is not covered by private health insurance and must be paid by the patient.
